Did you know credit card transaction history is available in PriceGuidePro? You can search by different criteria and even export this information in an Excel file. Also, updating your card information is as easy as making a phone call. We are here to help!
To place orders in PriceGuidePro, you need a card on file for payment. To update card information or add a new card to your account, we ask that you call Motor State at 800-772-2678 or 269-463-4113 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to speak to someone directly. For security reasons, we ask that you do not send your credit card information via email. You can set your card as your default payment method so it auto-fills when you start a new order. You can select your default payment method by going to Account Settings >Order Settings > Your Payment Method. You can also do this in the Cart Settings as shown below.
You can choose a card other than your default payment method for any order. If you have multiple cards on file, you can see your options by clicking the chevron (down arrow) in the payment method box.
If you are looking for a history of the orders you’ve paid with your card, Credit card transactions can be found under Account & Settings. From the menu on the left, click “Credit Card Transactions”. Here you will find filters to help you search for any credit card transactions on your account. You can search by date parameters or use the drop down menu on the right to search by Invoice Number, P.O. Number, or Sale Amount. You can then export these transactions in an Excel file format. This is helpful when reconciling credit card statements, adding entries to another software program, or just to keep as a record for later use.
