Shipping Method dropdown shows freight ratings

Did you know freight ratings are shown in the Shipping Method drop down menu located in the Cart Settings?

Freight rates have been changing frequently for a variety of reasons, depending on the policies of the carriers. To help you make informed decisions on which carrier and delivery option to choose, you can view the rates for a delivery prior to placing your order in PriceGuidePro. This information is provided in the "Shipping Method" drop down menu. To see the carriers and options available, start by clicking on the "Carts" button in the upper right corner of the PriceGuidePro page. Select the cart you are using for this order or click "Create a New Cart". In the Cart Info, click on the words "Shipping Method" located in the middle of the header (you can actually click anywhere in the header area).

The "Cart Settings" window will open. From there, click the chevron (down arrow) to the right of the box next to "Shipping Method".

The shipvia options available for your order will be visible, as well as the rates for each option (we cannot freight rate USPS orders at this time). The different rates for ground, next day, two-day service, etc. (all small-parcel services) will be shown based on the carrier. Truck freight rates are only calculated if selected as the shipping method. The freight rates only appear after freight rating is visible for the selected shipping method. In other words, once you see a freight rate for one carrier, all small parcel rates should appear.
