How do I edit an order?
You can edit an order before it is submitted from the cart details page.
To edit your order before submission, click on the "Carts" button in the upper right-hand corner. Click on the cart you wish to change/edit to open it. In the Cart Info page, you can change the quantity of an item, delete an item, add an item, add line memos and even change your shipping method, payment method, shipping to information, print a quote and print your cart. To edit your shipping info, payment info and your shipping to address, click on the information you wish to choose anywhere in the header or click "Edit cart info" button located between the Print Cart and Delete Cart buttons. You can also just click on the blue "Edit" in the right corner of the header box. To edit quantity of an item, just place your cursor in the box and use the arrows to adjust. There are also options to add a Line Memo or Delete for each item. Once you have submitted the order, no changes can be made from PGP. You must call to make changes to an order after it has been submitted. Note: Please be aware that many of our systems are automated and depending on how and when your order will ship, it may be sent out to our distribution center very quickly. Once an order has been sent out to the distribution center for picking/packing/shipping we will be unable to change or cancel an order.
