How do I order a part number that is not in PGP, a custom part number or a special part number?

To place an order with a part number that does not come up in PGP, you will need to call Motor State Distributing and talk directly with a salesperson.

When a part does not appear in PGP, it may be a custom order part or a part number with a special requirement. You should call Motor State Distributing at (800) 772-2678 or (269) 463-4113 and talk directly with a salesperson (your normal salesperson can help) so they can get you additional information. Normal order desk hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon EST Saturday. Custom order forms are available under the Business Tools tab located below the Orders and Lists buttons in the upper, right-hand corner of your screen. We would be happy to assist you with your custom or special parts order.
